We take full responsibility for this oversight and are working closely with our QA team to ensure it doesn’t happen again. After diving deep into the matter, we discovered that the problem with the defective product was caused by our third-party logistics provider. We make sure to mention potential delays from backordered items on our product page and at checkout too. Just to provide some clarity, when an order contains a backordered item, we don’t fulfill it partially. Our team has made several attempts to address the issue, but unfortunately, we haven’t heard back from you since then. I honestly feel I have been ripped off by scammers. I once again emailed customer service and have not heard back (April 8). Bottle was scuffed and scratched, box was opened. 2 weeks went by and the spray arrived, but oddly way to fast for shipping to Canada if it just was restocked. They would send spray when restocked in 2 weeks. They said moisturizer was instock and would ship out right away.

Excuse that spray was sold out (why sell a product if you can’t keep up with online sales?). I had to dm the founder of the company….and finally someone responded on March 12. I had to message through Facebook and Instagram, but still just their auto reply, which is BS cause 24-48 hours went by every time with out anyone caring. Emailed customer service way too many times with out response (February 27, March 3,7,8,10,27,30, April 5). It’s April 12 and I have only received a used bottle of spray.
